You will get login details by e-mail after briefing. We can publish logins there because of the privacy.

How we can upload our work?

Submit your work electronically via the website form, where you can select your team name. You will send 2 files:


1. Campaign description

PDF file based on ppt/Keynote template, named YL17_cyber_your team number (e.g.“YL17_cyber_01.pdf“). Maximum file size 5 MB.

2. Visual summary

JPG file, A4 landscape format named YL17_cyber_ your team number_summary
(e.g. “YL17_cyber_01_summary.jpeg“). Maximum file size 3 MB.

Cyber

What do we have to deliver?

Teams will be expected to show how the power of social media technology can answer the client’s brief and provide a creative solution aligned to the technological evolution of social media (online and/or mobile). Teams will have to create a presentation based on a template made available for download at a time of the briefing. It will include 7 slides.
The mandatory language is English. The presentation may contain only images which the team is authorised to use. Every team will have access to a database of Shutterstock images. Details regarding access to the database will be communicated during the briefing session.

How we can upload our work?

Submit your work electronically via the website form, where you can select your team name. You will send 2 files:

A3 landscape, Named YL17_PRINT_your team number.pdf (ex.“ YL17_PRINT_01.pdf“).
Maximum file size 8 MB.

2. JPG file

Size 3508x2480px (300dpi) named YL17_PRINT_your team number.jpg (ex.“ YL17_PRINT_01.pdf“). Maximum file size 8 MB.

The language used in ad has to be Czech. The ad may contain only images which the team is authorised to use. Every team will have access to a database of Shutterstock images. Details regarding access to the database will be communicated during the briefing session.

How we can submit our presentation?

Each team must email its presentation and the summary slide to media@lionhearted.cz in the following format:


1. Presentation

(max 10 slides, max 10 MB, format ppt/pptx)
Name it „YL17_MEDIA_your team number_team name“ (e.g.”YL17_MEDIA_01_Lionhearted.ppt”)

2. The summary slide

(only 1 slide, max 3 MB, format ppt/pptx or pdf)
One slide that visually summarises your presentation. Name it „YL17_MEDIA_your team number_team name_SUMMARY“ (e.g.”YL17_MEDIA_01_Lionhearted_SUMMARY.ppt”)


Media

What do we have to deliver?

All teams must create a PowerPoint presentation of no more than ten slides describing the strategy, and one slide that visually summarises the presentation. The slide will be used for publication in the media.
Mandatory language is English.
The presentation may contain only images which the team is authorised to use. Every team will have access to a database of Shutterstock images. Details regarding access to the database will be communicated during the briefing session.
Use only basic fonts available, and do not use black or dark background. It decreases readability and prolongs the time needed for printing.
