Co-founder Robert has been part of the advertising world for more than 20 years. He co-founded the successful advertising agency SYMBIO, which has received more than 200 awards, including several Gold ADC Czech Creative Awards/Louskáček, Gold EFFIE 2018, Silver IMC European Awards, Grand Prix IMC Czech Awards, Gold Fénix Content Marketing, and Gold YouTube Works 2020 (Best Insight Usage). Robert also participated in the juries of advertising competitions such as ADC Awards/Louskáček, Zlatý středník, Young Lions, FLEMA Media Awards, Křišťálová Lupa, and WebTop100. He served as chairman of the AKA – Section of Digital Agencies. He created the Fair Tender Manifesto, and its rules now lie at the core of the current industry policy for pitching. The Fair Tender has become one of the key activities of the Association of Communication Agencies in the Czech Republic.
Executive Creative Director Originally from Saint-Petersburg, and having lived in NYC, Moscow and now Prague, Julia enjoys putting creativity to everyday use. She believes that only brands that are genuinely useful can prosper, and it is this that makes advertising a challenging and exciting field. Beginning her career working for the integrated marketing division of ADV Group, taking care of Nestle and P&G in Moscow, she then joined BBDO to co-lead the multi-national relaunch of Beeline, one of the big three telecoms in Russia and CIS. Her work helped Beeline become Russia’s most valuable brand. As ECD for Geometry Prague she was tasked with building the creative culture from scratch. It is now among the best agencies in the region and has won an impressive line-up of clients including Mondelez and adidas. High recognition has followed at Cannes Lions, Clio, LIA, Eurobest, One Show, Epica and other international and regional creative festivals.
Media Director Jan is one of the first digital planners in Czech. He is guilty for the direction of local digital communication and advertising for the last 18 years. He is signed under hundreds of campaigns and birth certificates of many units and teams in various CZ agencies he has built during his career. Currently, he is responsible for strategies in McCann Prague and he manages his 10 years old startup aimed to the popular digital planning tool called H3.0. He considers himself to be small lost kitten in the big bad world. Having almost 500 followers on the Instagram, he realized he is famous and is open to commercial cooperation!
Digital Media Director Honza has been in the digital business for over 10 years. From taking care of the largest media agencies, emerging digital agencies and their clients as key account manager at Centrum Holdings (for younger: Centrum.cz). Next steps led to agency Fragile, where he was in charge of developing the agency’s entire business and managing digital strategies for the majority of clients for more than 5 years. With the desire to test his knowledge internationally he moved to UPC, where he became the No. 1 digital man for the Czech and Slovak Republic, but also held the role of consultant for other markets (CH, DE, PL, HU and RO). Following this journey through the entire digital media-agency-client perspective, he became the Digital Media Director at the global Wavemaker agency (part of WPP), where he determines Digital’s role in the overall communication mix of clients such as Česká spořitelna, ASAHI, Vodafone, Beiersdorf and others.Digital Jury
