Global Head of Strategy at Social.Lab Jakub oversees the integration of social strategy for key clients at Social.Lab worldwide. He’s also responsible for the strategic leadership at Ogilvy Czech. His specialty are dynamic strategies that can serve to overcome the gap between creativity and media. Combining Social.Lab’s state of art approach to content amplification with the creative powers of Ogilvy, he shaped the transformation of Ogilvy in the USA as well as in Belgium since 2015. As a result of his Strategy leadership, Ogilvy Social.Lab became the most awarded agency at 2018 Euro Effies, including the Grand Prix award.
Co-founder Robert has been part of the advertising world for more than 20 years. He co-founded the successful advertising agency SYMBIO, which has received more than 200 awards, including several Gold ADC Czech Creative Awards/Louskáček, Gold EFFIE 2018, Silver IMC European Awards, Grand Prix IMC Czech Awards, Gold Fénix Content Marketing, and Gold YouTube Works 2020 (Best Insight Usage). Robert also participated in the juries of advertising competitions such as ADC Awards/Louskáček, Zlatý středník, Young Lions, FLEMA Media Awards, Křišťálová Lupa, and WebTop100. He served as chairman of the AKA – Section of Digital Agencies. He created the Fair Tender Manifesto, and its rules now lie at the core of the current industry policy for pitching. Managing Director PR & Influence Dita connected her name with Ogilvy 26 years ago and have never been bored one single day. She grew with her clients and their communication challenges across industries like banking, insurance, pharmaceutical sector, technology, manufacturing, transportation, retail and FMCG. She very much believe in the power of influence of leaders inside and outside their organizations and value of public relations for brand trust capital. Dita has had the privilege to grow many Ogilvy PR talents who win awards, and who are her long-term brainpower partners or spread their wings into their own agencies and careers. Executive Creative Director Before joining Publicis Prague as ECD, Jacques worked at Ogilvy Amsterdam as a Global CD on Philips. While there he helped relaunch Philips Hue Lighting, and transform Dutch still life masterpieces into a range of health juices, winning a brace of Bronzes at Cannes. Before that, Jacques built his career as a CD in South Africa. During his time at Ogilvy Cape Town his clients included Volkswagen and SABMiller. Some highlights? Turning test drives into deliveries of text books to rural schools and giving overworked Facebook profiles the chance to visit Cape Town in a Gold Lion winning Campaign. “I’ve always loved print for its strict constraints. Which are often beneficial to creativity. Think of KFC’s FCK ad which generated an earned reach of more than one billion three months after launch.“
Director of Marketing & Communication Leon began his advertising career in Australia. Attracted by the opportunities of a newly developing market, he moved to Prague in 1996. After a few years at Ark Thompson, Leo Burnett and MarkBBDO Bratislava, in 2002 he joined MarkBBDO Prague as a Creative Director. It was a very long and rewarding relationship, resulting in work loved and remembered by the public: Wrigley, Muller, Becherovka, Pilsner Urguell and E.ON, just to name the few. This work has been recognized by many local and international awards, earning Leon the title of Best Czech Creative Director twice. At the end of 2019 Leon has decided to “switch sides”. He joined RENOMIA, the largest insurance broker in CEE, as their Marketing Director. This Czech family company has ambitious plans to develop innovative insurance products for B2B and B2C segments.
