With 12 years of experience across media agencies, Pavel has had the opportunity to see hundreds of companies tackle numerous challenges. Currently responsible for strategy development & future-proofing the portfolio of OMG clients, his journey has started by winning the Red Bull account and kick-starting the career thanks to the luck in one of the first Young Media Lions in Czech Republic (2009). Throughout years, he has been passionate about innovation, company culture & experience design. Although being currently active in developing numerous advanced data-based projects, he believes that companies have been too much hypnotized by marketing technologies. And that the best 2020+ campaigns are going to be created by focusing on human empathy, sustainability & ultimately ‘your heart’.
