Global Head of Strategy at Social.Lab Jakub oversees the integration of social strategy for key clients at Social.Lab worldwide. He’s also responsible for the strategic leadership at Ogilvy Czech. His specialty are dynamic strategies that can serve to overcome the gap between creativity and media. Combining Social.Lab’s state of art approach to content amplification with the creative powers of Ogilvy, he shaped the transformation of Ogilvy in the USA as well as in Belgium since 2015. As a result of his Strategy leadership, Ogilvy Social.Lab became the most awarded agency at 2018 Euro Effies, including the Grand Prix award.
Creative Director Petr has been awarded at Eurobest, Epica, Golden Drum, Piaf, ADC*E as well as multiple times at the national ADC award show. Petr was tempted by the world of big brands already in the early stage of his career in the marketing department of Henkel and Unilever. 15 years ago he switched to advertising industry with his first copywriter position at Leo Burnett. Since then Petr has worked on campaigns for Vodafone, Skoda, Pilsner Urquell, Staropramen, ING or Amnesty International. Petr Čech is a creative director of Havas Prague taking care of ideas for MONETA Money Bank, Czech Railways, Westfield or Axa. In 2019, Havas Prague was the most awarded agency at Czech ADC Awards.
Strategy & Digital Director With 12 years of experience across media agencies, Pavel has had the opportunity to see hundreds of companies tackle numerous challenges. Currently responsible for strategy development & future-proofing the portfolio of OMG clients, his journey has started by winning the Red Bull account and kick-starting the career thanks to the luck in one of the first Young Media Lions in Czech Republic (2009). Throughout years, he has been passionate about innovation, company culture & experience design. Although being currently active in developing numerous advanced data-based projects, he believes that companies have been too much hypnotized by marketing technologies. And that the best 2020+ campaigns are going to be created by focusing on human empathy, sustainability & ultimately ‘your heart’. Creative Director Gert’s professional advertising journey started in South Africa just over 12 years ago when he joined FCB Africa as a copywriter. Four years later he joined Joe Public, an independent agency in South Africa, where he was fortunate enough to achieve international successes winning a couple of Cannes Lions and One Show Pencils. He then joined Ogilvy South Africa as a Creative Director, leading a team on DStv, Africa’s biggest TV broadcaster. However, in April 2019 he made the jump to Europe and joined DDB Prague where he is still currently working.Media Jury
