She grew with her clients and their communication challenges across industries like banking, insurance, pharmaceutical sector, technology, manufacturing, transportation, retail and FMCG. She very much believe in the power of influence of leaders inside and outside their organizations and value of public relations for brand trust capital. Dita has had the privilege to grow many Ogilvy PR talents who win awards, and who are her long-term brainpower partners or spread their wings into their own agencies and careers. Andrea works at the LEGO Group heading the Internal and External communication & Events in REEMEA Market Group – Russia, Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to her current job position, she has worked at Havas International Agency in Prague-based office and the Czech Football Association as managing director of a business unit supporting youth football. At that time, she graduated in Football Management at the University of Lausanne, a special programme developed by UEFA. Andrea is a member of various PR & Event juries and advisory boards both local and international – Global Best Events Awards, PCMA, Czech Event and PR Awards.

For 7 years he was a journalist with Vltava-Labe-Press and Computer Press; he was also Editor-in-Chief at Connect! and Osobní finance. He used his experience in the media when managing marketing and PR campaigns. He founded Lesensky.cz in 2009. Every day he is convinced it was a good decision. He focuses on strategies and new internal projects. As a member of the management of the Association of Public Relations Agencies (APRA) he plays a key role in developing and improving education in the field of Public Relations in the Czech Republic. In his spare time he coaches a boys’ futsal team and manages an association which organises children’s futsal tournaments.

Adriana started her professional career in the Spanish National Radio Broadcasting. Since then she went through other positions in international media, non-governmental, state and academic institutions as well as managerial positions in business. Before moving to Prague, she worked in Spain, Russia, Estonia, Iraq and Serbia. Leading Corporate Communication in Vodafone also means developing new digital communications, supporting innovation, positive brand perception in the society and advocating for sustainable business, diversity and Vodafone Foundation initiatives. She is a member of the Council of the Government of the Czech Republic for Human Rights and Honorary Consul of Uruguay.
Patrik Schober graduated from international relations and social communication and completed internships at Holmes College in Sydney and the University of California Irvine. He began his career at publishing house Computer Press. He established and is the Managing Partner of PRAM Consulting PR agency since 2002. Between 2017 and 2018 he was Chairman of the Board of Worldcom PR Group. In addition, he is Chairman of the Executive Board of the Association of Public Relations in Czech Republic. Czech PR Klub awarded him as PR Personality in 2018.
