Registration is open.

You can register your teams until Fri 28 Feb 2025.

Prepare yourself and make the process smooth

Before registration, we recommend preparing all the necessary documents. When you have questions contact Rene (+420 603 255 509 or younglions@lionhearted.cz).

You must fill in all the details of the application.

The official data of the company/person – correct billing address and IČ/DIČ numbers.

Contact information for each team member including their mobile phone numbers and emails (both work and personal) we can access them before and during the competition.

Scan the documents for each team member – we just need a page with the date of birth as the proof of age.

Important!

Data filled in the registration form under "Registration" is used for billing purposes. Please check carefully the information accuracy - you cannot change it later. You can register multiple teams in this form (up to 10 teams). Just click the plus sign in the green circle at the lower right corner of the form to add other team.

Statement

Závazně přihlašuji tým do soutěže Young Lions 2025, která se koná ve dnech 14. - 24. 3. 2025, a zavazuji se zaplatit účastnický poplatek 16.000,- Kč bez DPH za každý přihlášený tým. Zároveň prohlašuji, že jsem se seznámil(-a) a souhlasím se soutěžním řádem.

V souladu se zákonem č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů, rovněž uděluji souhlas společnosti Lionhearted s.r.o., IČ: 049 05 300, se sídlem Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, se zpracováním, shromažďováním a uchováváním osobních údajů obsažených v přihlášce a dále svých údajů sdělených Vyhlašovateli v průběhu soutěže, a to k jejich zařazení do databáze Vyhlašovatele a jejich následnému zpracování pro účely vyhodnocení soutěže, zveřejnění výsledků soutěže, pro marketingové a PR účely Vyhlašovatele, a to včetně zasílání obchodních sdělení prostřednictvím elektronických prostředků dle zákona č. 480/2004 Sb., o některých službách informační společnosti a o změně některých zákonů ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a k prokázání souhlasu se zpracováním osobních údajů pro tyto účely, a to na dobu neurčitou s tím, že k těmto údajům mohou být přiřazeny i další údaje. Jsem si vědom svých práv stanovených v § 12 a § 21 zákona o ochraně osobních údajů, tedy zejména práva požádat o informaci o zpracování svých osobních údajů, jakož i požádat o vysvětlení či nápravu v případě, že zjištění nebo podezření, že Vyhlašovatel provádí zpracování mých osobních údajů, které je v rozporu s ochranou soukromého a osobního života nebo v rozporu se zákonem.
